OUT TO EAT AT STEAK-N-SHAKE

for this visit i had chili, again (i still didnt know the caloric values in it at the time) and a ROYAL BURGER...NO BUN.

dont know if you know you can order any burger anywhere that way, but to cut the bread out of your diet when your out eating, you can ask to have it made BUN LESS.

i chose this burger for the fact it had a pattty, AND an egg in it...more protein.
sure , its loaded with fat. but it was so good.
(you can omit the mayo as well, making it even less in fat)

i was still in the learning curve, didnt know i couldnt eat more than the chili anyway, and have the burger as well...its just too much in one sitting, for me to consume.
and was completely unaware of caloric intake or fat intakes at the time.

like ive said before, i end up taking something home when i have more than a cup of anything.
