UGH! i dont know why in 1 week i didnt lose any weight... it was maddening! seriously! i wasnt eating very much, staying on my required diet, couldnt put away the food like my mind said i wanted too (no more room) and the scale just sat there..staring at me...
i was SO disspointed a week after surgery to hop on the scale and see..NOTHING!
