IVE LOST 10 POUNDS!!!!

ive lost 10 pounds!!! GO ME!!!

im not sure HOW i did, but i did.

well, i kinda know how...or, maybe i should say i think i know how...

i have been drinking water, or milk (2 % only),
eating lower fat foods, ie: instead of ground beef (even at its leanest) we choose ground TURKEY (same price.),
VEGGIES!!, and..im trying to eat alot of smaller meals.

i try to adhear to these rules as a basic foundation....but i have to be honest here and state, i have fallen off my own wagon...several times since the first.

another contributing factor could be...helping to move these dern boxes..from one room to the other....i call it exercise, my body hasnt felt like this in a LOOOOONG while. its, by the way, the ONLY exercize im engaged in right now....

and then theres the winter weather as well, that COULD be playing a factor. in the winter, my body goes into a self-premoted hibernating state. and what i mean by that is: i eat less because my body slows down.

thats all i can say for an explination....
but hey...WHATEVER WORKS...RIGHT?!?!?!?!
